The film was produced by L. S. Bagga and Abhishek Kapoor and was distributed by Reliance Entertainment. The film had the budget of around 1 crore rupees, and was shot on a budget of 1.2 crore rupees. The film was directed by Adil Hussain, Farah Khan, Ritesh Batra, Raghuvir Yadav, Gajendra Ahuja, Sriram Raghavan, Abhishek Kapoor, Ashwini Deshpande, Khwaja Ahad, Reema Kagti, Anurag Basu, Sanjay Gupta and Mani Ratnam. Adil Hussain also produced the film with Adil and the story was written by Manish Jha. The music is composed by Vishal Bhardwaj.
The film was released on 9 June 2010.
